"I saw Dr. Patrick for knee pain. He spent an hour with me at each session, which I thought was awesome since I've been to other therapy places where I never really got to spend time with them. I felt much better after each session and now I'm back to going to the gym without any pain. I definitely recommend Dr. Patrick to be your physical therapist." —Zachary
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a treatment tool that allows for increased blood flow, decreased tissue and muscle tightness, improved flexibility, enhanced recovery, and pain relief.

It is helpful for those who are experiencing chronic back pain, sciatica, TMJ pain, disc bulges and disc herniations, headaches, sports injuries, and so much more.

It is an extremely safe way to directly access areas of the body that we’re unable to treat as effectively with other tools.

Dry needling is never a required treatment and is always meant to be a part of a comprehensive physical therapy plan of care.
IASTM (Scraping)
IASTM (aka Scraping) is a technique utilizing tools/instruments to assist in soft tissue massage and provide enhanced function and pain relief and can help decrease muscle tightness and tissue restrictions.

The tools increase the target tissue temperature, which both decreases tissue viscosity and thus improves tissue mobility and flexibility and fascial glide.

Scraping treatment is designed to be paired with the exercise specific to you during your treatment to yield the fastest results.

Some of the many conditions IASTM therapy can help include chronic low back pain, sciatica, myofascial pain syndromes, tennis elbow, muscle tightness, neck pain, nerve entrapments, and more.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is a helpful tool for decreasing pain, increasing blood flow to an area, improving the overall movement of fascial layers, decreasing friction between tissue layers, and increasing the function of an area overall.

Cupping is utilized in combination with exercise to get the best results and is helpful for those who are experiencing chronic low back pain, sciatica, myofascial pain syndromes, disc bulges, muscle tightness, neck pain, and nerve entrapments.
